Keystone Corporate Positioning is a unique company that was founded in 1997 by former Qantas executives, Donna Meredith and Garry Saunders after an unsuccessful world-wide search for a specialist Corporate Positioning company to support the merger of Qantas and Australian Airlines. Based on this experience, Keystone’s proprietal methodology was developed and has been used extensively both within Australia and overseas to help corporate organisations and Government agencies to achieve their strategic and business goals.

Since co-founding Keystone in 1997, Donna and her team have designed and managed strategic cultural change, innovation, brand, marketing projects for more than 300 organisations both within Australia and overseas. In 2011, she became Principal of Interaction Associates in Australasia. Interaction Associates in a global leadership and development company headquartered in Boston.

Prior to Keystone and Interaction Associates, she was with Qantas where her last role was as Group Brands Manager / Manager International Product. Her responsibilities included complete re-imaging of the merged airline (new aircraft interiors, lounges, airports and print material) and ongoing responsibility for all aspects of the Qantas brand and the design and delivery of the international product (on the ground and in the air).

She is currently working with a range of public and private sector clients on innovation and collaboration frameworks, marketing and brand positioning strategies, communication strategies and leadership/cultural change programs both within Australia and overseas.

Donna is a Board Director of the endota Group and a Global Ambassador for IWEC and the Bali Institute for Global Renewal.
