Medecins sans Frontiers
Keystone (in conjunction with creative partners, North Branding) devised the first positioning and brand communications campaign undertaken by MSF in Australia. Positioning and defining the brand in a way that clearly differentiated it from its many charitable colleagues enabled a creative campaign that attracted new donors without alienating existing supporters, and dramatically increased brand awareness.
Alteris Financial Group
Alteris Financial Group (formerly Affinity Wealth Services) provides financial advice and management for individuals and families across generations. From 2018, Keystone has worked with Alteris leadership to develop and implement a new brand and positioning that more clearly reflected its history of game changing innovation in this finance sector. Keystone has provided brand and design management direction, strategy, change management and facilitation services and partners with their Alteris Women Initiative.
AMP
Since 1849, AMP has provided financial advice; superannuation, retirement income and other investment products for individuals and businesses; income protection, disability, and life insurance; selected banking products; and, investments in shares, fixed interest, property, infrastructure, multi-manager and multi-asset funds. For their major investment in leadership development for their people AMP turned to Keystone to provide positioning, brand, and design management services to ensure the quality communication and presentation of these programs.

Strategy and Change Management case studies
Royal Australian Navy
The Navy initially contacted Keystone in 2000 to provide strategic communications support to the Chief of Navy (VADM David Shackleton, AO) for a planned change program. Our role was quickly expanded to include the redesign of the change program to increase its relevance, and creation of an internal branding and communications strategy and plan in support of the redesigned program (‘Brand Navy’), plus coordination of several major Navy events. The success of the Brand Navy initiative led to Keystone providing a range of support services to Defence under the leadership of the then CDF, General Sir Peter Cosgrove, AK, CVO, MC.
Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia
Keystone collaborated with the RCPA for more than 25 years, undertaking a range of projects and providing strategic services designed to support the Colleges’ focus on providing outstanding support to its Fellows and Trainees, and promoting the quality practice of Pathology. These projects included undertaking needs and gap analyses, supporting comprehensive strategic planning, and organisational change and HR support.
Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia – Quality Assurance Programs
The RCPAQAP is a world leader in the provision of external quality assurance (EQA) for pathology laboratories. Their programs are offered in Australia and more than 80 other countries. Since 2009, Keystone has worked with RCPAQAP on a range of critical projects Our first task was to develop and support a comprehensive change program as it migrated from delivering programs by way of host institutions to a centralised in-house operation located in Sydney. We have subsequently provided strategy, change management, IR and HR support to the CEO, Board of Directors and the organisation as a whole.

Implementation Services case studies
Australian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP)
ACSEP is the peak professional body for the medical specialty of Sport and Exercise Medicine in Australia and New Zealand. Sport and Exercise Physicians are committed to excellence in the practice of medicine as it applies to all aspects of physical activity and promoting physical activity as a determinant of health. ACSEP retained Keystone to facilitate consultation activity and strategic meetings, leading to Keystone undertaking the drafting and refinement of a new strategic plan.
Neami National
Neami supports people to achieve the wellbeing and mental health outcomes that matter to them. They offer more than 70 services, over 45 different Indigenous lands. These services include mental health and wellbeing, housing and homelessness, and suicide prevention. The Neami Board through the Nominations and Remuneration Committee (NaRC) were seeking a more contemporary framework for CEO performance appraisal. Keystone developed and delivered: a document which describes the success profile or expectation of the CEO by the Board; a policy and procedures which clearly sets out the steps and timelines for assessment of the CEO’s performance appraisal; and a draft set of KPIs for the CEO for the year 2024–2025.
UNSW – A&D
By mid-2020, The University of NSW was facing a period of rapid change – driven by the short, medium- and long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with the certainty of large-scale restructuring of the University which would directly affect the Faculty of Art & Design (A&D) Keystone worked with Faculty leaders to develop a change management communications strategy, with implementation guidance and support communications that included (but was not limited to) FAQs, scripts, key messages, holding statements, and key dates on a communications calendar.
