Medecins sans Frontiers
Keystone (in conjunction with creative partners, Equation Corporate Design) devised the first positioning and brand communications campaign undertaken by MSF in Australia. Positioning and defining the brand in a way that clearly differentiated it from its many charitable colleagues enabled a creative campaign that attracted new donors without alienating existing supporters, and dramatically increased brand awareness.
BIG4 Holiday Parks
Over a period of many years, Keystone would work with BIG4 leadership to take ownership of a new positioning for the heritage brand that more clearly reflected its history of game changing innovation in this tourism sector. Keystone provided product development services and brand and design management direction to a range of BIG4 creative partners including advertising and communication agencies and design houses.
AMP
For more than 160 years, AMP has provided financial advice; superannuation, retirement income and other investment products for individuals and businesses; income protection, disability, and life insurance; selected banking products; and, investments in shares, fixed interest, property, infrastructure, multi-manager and multi-asset funds. For their major investment in leadership development for their people AMP turned to Keystone to provide positioning, brand, and design management services to ensure the quality communication and presentation of these programs.

Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia
Keystone has collaborated with the RCPA for more than 18 years, undertaking a range of projects and providing strategic services designed to support the Colleges’ focus on providing outstanding support to its Fellows and Trainees, and promoting the quality practice of Pathology. These projects have included undertaking needs and gap analyses, supporting strategic planning and organisational change and ongoing HR support.
Royal Australian Navy
The Navy initially contacted Keystone to provide strategic communications support to the Chief of Navy for a planned change program. Our role was quickly expanded to include the redesign of the change program to increase its relevance, creation of an internal branding and communications strategy and plan in support of the redesigned program (‘Brand Navy’) and coordination of several major Navy events.
Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia – Quality Assurance Programs
The RCPAQAP is a world leader in the provision of external quality assurance (EQA) for pathology laboratories. Their programs are offered in Australia and more than 60 other countries. Keystone has worked with RCPAQAP to support its comprehensive change program as it migrates from delivering programs by way of host institutions to a centralised in house operation located in Sydney.

Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists
RANZCO is the medical college responsible for the training and professional development of ophthalmologists in Australia and New Zealand. They retained Keystone to facilitate strategic meetings among the members Board and full Council of the College to deliver a new strategic plan. The brief was expanded to include the drafting, presenting and refinement of the new plan.
Commonwealth Superannuation Commission
Gaining agreement among members of an Executive Team is critical at time of change or upon the introduction of significant business initiatives. We facilitated strategic meetings among the team at CSC to establish and agree the core values (and associated behaviours) of the organisation for Board approval.
Australian Tourism Data Warehouse
The ATDW propriety limited company owned by all the State/Territory tourism organisations and Tourism Australia that was incorporated in 2001. Keystone provided strategic facilitation services to support the ATDW in creating a vision of the future and then designing activities and managing outcomes that delivered that future.
